Hi,
I'm looking for the Compaq PocketPC 2002 Upgrade for an iPaq 3630.
For Windows CE (and platforms like Pocket PC based on it), upgrades
are entirely the responsibility of the OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) that made the device. For your iPAQ, that would be
Compaq/HP. I just used google
(http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search) to look up
upgrade iPaq 3630
in microsoft.public.pocket pc and got 443 hits. I took a quick look
and am quite sure I found relevant info. I'm not sure how much is
still valid and/or useful.

In case you don't already know about Chris De Herrera's site, it is a
great source of info. In particular:

The short answer is that the upgrade was "discontinued" a few years ago by
HP/Compaq. The best way to find the upgrade today is to check ebay. You
will find them posted regularly there. just be careful what you order or
bid on. Every once in a while, you will find a CD, which is better. Most
of the time, you will see "download instantly" auctions. I have never done
one of the download auctions.

Good luck.
