Dear all
After having no problems ever, the WLAN suddenly will not turn on. The
WLAN desk icon turns up on but stays red, despite switching to Set
Power Off. The LED indicator does not light up. When going into the
Setup menu, the Access Point ID keeps switching between
"Initializing.." and "WLAN is turned off".
Does anybody know a solution?
I did try a soft reset.
Best regards

You may lose all your data if it is not backed up, but a fix for a common
WLAN problem on the 5455 is to remove the main battery and then put it back
in. I have read where a hard reset alone will not always fix it.

In most cases it works. I made a backup of all datas. Then I made a
hardreset. After that I made restore, then WLAN works fine and I have no
data lost. :) I hope it helps you.
